Boulder’s newest transit village, Oculus Park, aims to provide residents with an ideal living environment and streamlined transit experience. The park’s 10 acre garden rises out of the ground, creating a roof over Pearl Parkway and the newly transit-exclusive 33rd street. Residents and user’s of Oculus Park have access to a commercial shopping plaza, recreation center, and community pond, in addition to the luscious garden and open space. The park’s signature oculi perforate through the garden, bringing light into the underground transit hub while connecting the two strata.
